SITE INVESTIGATION

A Site Investigation Report (SIR) is a thorough examination and analysis of a site. We find out as much information upfront as possible. This includes zoning research, storm water design requirements, utility availability including (location and load capacities), state and local permitting requirements, fire department design coordination, codes research, etc. Ultimately, we will have a schedule of submittal dates and timelines for review, as well as an anticipated fee schedule that should serve as the frame work for the project as we work on the civil design phase.
